I\u2019ve spent the last two weeks trying to come up with some good watermelon-related New Year\u2019s resolutions and so far, all I\u2019ve come up with is \u201ceat more watermelon.\u201d It\u2019s pretty much a given that I\u2019ll do that in 2013, so I don\u2019t need to make a resolution to motivate myself.<\/p>\n

You may remember last year, I made one resolution \u2013 to enter a watermelon seed-spitting contest. I\u2019m happy to report that not only did I enter a contest, but I also helped organize it. And although I didn\u2019t win, it was a fun experience <\/a>that I can finally check off my life\u2019s to-do list.<\/p>\n

But what should I do in 2013? Should I make several small watermelon resolutions or one big one? That\u2019s where you come in. Leave a comment below with some watermelon-related ideas for things I should do next year. If I choose your idea and accomplish it, I\u2019ll send you a special prize.
