Which is why, when I saw the word \u201ceasy\u201d in the name of this recipe, I had to put that claim to the test.<\/p>\n

Actually, it\u2019s my personal goal to try out most of the recipes featured here on What About Watermelon before I post them. This trial serves several purposes. First, it allows me to take photos of the finished product (they might not always be pretty). It also allows me to report on taste and make any suggestions to the recipe or directions. I can\u2019t promise that I\u2019ll test them all beforehand, but I\u2019ll try many of them.<\/p>\n

Back to the \u201cEasy Creamy Watermelon Pie.\u201d I\u2019m happy to report that this recipe lived up to its title by being both easy and creamy. I would also suggest adding the word \u201cdelicious\u201d to the name. I forgot to take a picture, so the photo you see above is a shot I found of something similar (so don\u2019t be alarmed if your attempt doesn\u2019t look like that).<\/p>\n
