For me, there\u2019s no better way to celebrate with my family and friends than by sharing a delicious, homemade meal.<\/p>\n<p>The only bad part about all that holiday grub is figuring out what to do with it all. If you\u2019re lucky, your family and friends will gladly take some of it off your hands. If not, I\u2019ve got the perfect recipe for you.<\/p>\n<p>Got some leftover cranberry sauce? With a few additions, you could turn it into <a href=\"http:\/\/www.watermelon.org\/Recipes\/Watermelon-Cranberry-Glazed-Pork-Chops\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Watermelon Cranberry-Glazed Pork Chops<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATERMELON CRANBERRY-GLAZED PORK CHOPS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6234 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.whataboutwatermelon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.whataboutwatermelon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/www.whataboutwatermelon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2.png 533w\" alt=\"2\" width=\"350\" height=\"466\" \/><\/strong>INGREDIENTS (GLAZE)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups watermelon puree<\/li>\n<li>4 cups frozen or fresh cranberries (or use leftovers from your holiday dinners)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>Dash of cloves<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS (GLAZE)<\/p>\n<p>Simmer ingredients for glaze together in a heavy saucepan for 20 minutes or until cranberries are tender, and sauce is thick.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS (PORK CHOPS)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 pork chops<\/li>\n<li>2 cups pineapple juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon rosemary leaves<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon pepper<\/li>\n<li>Watermelon Cranberry Glaze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS (PORK CHOPS)<\/p>\n<p>Place the pork in a large zipper lock bag with rest of the ingredients (except the glaze), and seal tightly. Allow to marinate for at least two hours or up to 12. Grill until cooked, and arrange on a warm platter.
