Every January, I make two New Year\u2019s resolutions \u2014 one for the Watermelon Guy here on the blog, and another for\u00a0my own personal benefit. While the Watermelon Guy\u2019s resolutions keep getting more and more interesting (this year\u2019s will be to set a watermelon-related Guinness World Record), my personal goal usually stays uncomplicated. In fact, for the last few years, I\u2019ve resolved to do something simple \u2014 to be healthier.<\/p>\n

My goal isn\u2019t necessarily weight loss (although a six-pack would be nice), but I want to change my eating habits to include healthier, more nutritious options. I know I\u2019m not the only one who\u2019s guilty of a late-night rendezvous with the cookie jar, but being more mindful of this will help me change my not-so-healthy habits.<\/p>\n
