This sweet watermelon ice is pretty easy to make, which, if you know me by now, is a priority for me in the kitchen. Seriously, it\u2019s harder to make coffee than it is to make this drink, so you have no excuse not to try it.<\/p>\n
SWEET WATERMELON ICE<\/strong><\/p>\n INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n \u2022 3 cups fresh watermelon juice DIRECTIONS:<\/p>\n Pour the watermelon juice into a shallow glass baking dish. Add the sugar and lemon juice and stir well. Place the dish in the freezer and chill.<\/p>\n Remove the pan every 1\/2 hour and stir. The juice will form light, grainy ice crystals as it freezes. Repeat this process until the juice is fully frozen, about 4 hours, depending on the temperature of your freezer.
