The drink is basically fruit (whichever type you\u2019d like) blended with a little water. Sometimes mint and sugar are also added. However you make this beverage, it sounds delicious, and I\u2019ll definitely be mixing up a glass or two (or ten) in the very near future.<\/p>\n<p>INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 cups cubed seeded watermelon (about 6 pounds with the rind), divided<\/li>\n<li>1 cup water, divided<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup sugar, divided<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup fresh lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 liter (4 cups) club soda or seltzer water, well chilled<\/li>\n<li>Lime slices for garnish<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>INSTRUCTIONS<\/p>\n<p>Combine half the watermelon, half the water and half the sugar in a blender; puree. Pour through a coarse strainer into a large container. Repeat with the remaining watermelon, water and sugar. Stir in lime juice.
