I posted this one last year, and I’m reposting it here in the spirit of the Halloween season. It’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen done to a watermelon and I vowed (silently and to myself) that I’d make one of these things — someday.
As soon as I saw the photo above on a website, I knew that I had to carve my very own watermelon brain for a Halloween party I’ll be attending later this month.
